This past Thursday, my friend, Susan Perkins who is married to one of my favorite law partners, Rod Perkins, invited me to speak at a private luncheon in Manhattan. Susan and I didn’t even plan to wear complementary spring colors but here we are in spring green and pink. We had a large turn out but I found it particularly daunting to see so many of my friends from various chapters of my life. However, they were enthusiastic and lively so the entire event was great fun, followed by a delicious lunch. Here I am with Chris Thomas and also selling a few books before lunch. Thank you Chris and Susan for arranging it all so beautifully.
