It snowed at Brush Hill the very first day of Spring on March 21. And today, Sunday April 3, it snowed yet again! After a very mild winter with hardly any snow, this is too much! The poor little daffodils trying to bloom in the fields are bowing down their heads and the scilla and chionodoxa are buried. High winds are causing large limbs and branches to fall everywhere, just after our Spring clean up was completed over a week ago. Gardeners have to be optimists to continue!
