The American Gardener, The Magazine of the American Horticultural Society in the January/February 2013 issue had a page entitled Gardener’s Books and this issue featured six garden biographies and memoirs, including my book about Rosemary. I was delighted to be in the good company of my much admired friend, Judith Tankard and her wonderful book about Gertrude Jekyll which I own and treasure. Now I am longing to read the other four, all of which look enticing.
I was also pleased to see a nice notice in the Litchfield County Times, January 28, 2013, about my upcoming book talk for the Washington Garden Club and the Gunn Memorial Library in Washington, Ct. scheduled for February 2. More news soon to come about recent book talks.
