It is always a joy to visit Boston and I was delighted to be invited by Judith Tankard, herself a renowned and much admired biographer and accomplished author, to come to talk at the Chilton Club. There was a full house and the audience was lively, engaged and marvelously enthusiastic. The setting was elegant indeed and my talk and later book signing was followed by a delicious and delightful luncheon. Thank you Judith for arranging all of this so perfectly. I was honored to have my publisher, David R. Godine, who is based in Boston, come as well. It was a wonderful day.
