Our friend, Candace Taubner arranged to bring members of her Book Club from Pelham New York for a garden tour on a lovely day in June. Since this was a book club, I was delighted that several members wished to buy my book! Charlie and I met Candace on a wonderful cruise with the Fine Arts Connoisseur Magazine group and she came to a book talk I gave at the historic Bartow Pell Mansion which is located in Pelham Bay Park in the Bronx, very near Pelham itself. She brought her friends on a particularly beautiful day and we had a delightful tour of Brush Hill.
